Terms And Conditions
1. Please place your order via our order form or email us directly with the format provided.
2. We will try to response to your order within 24hr. Sometime our mail will be directed to Spam mail. Do check Spam Mail, and contact us if you did not receive our Confirmation Email.
3. As we work on pre-order basis, it will take about 10 working days to arrive Singapore after pre-order close date and another 4 more days to reach your doorstep. Your patience is greatly appreciated. we hope to deliver your items within the 14 working days. But in the event of unforseen circustmances, do be prepare to wait slightly longer.
4. There will be no cancellation or change of order/Refund etc AFTER we have place the order to our supplier. Should you REALLy have to do amendment to your orders, please do it early so that we will not have to do last minute changes as this may delay the whole shippment.
5. You are aware that that we are ordering from overseas, and there no way that we can do an exchange/ refund if the size/ color do not match as what you have choosen, or expected.
6. Goods sold here are non-refundable and swaps are unavailable .
7. By default I assume that all orders will be mailed via registered mail. Of course you can opt for normal mail, but we will not be responsible for item lost/ damaged during normal maill.
8.You understand that there might be slight deviation on the sizing/color as different monitor color setting is different.
9. Please transfer money to me ONLY AFTER I have given you the confirmation amount, and please inform me of your Ibanking Nick/ Reference Number after you transfer.You understand that I will take it that you did not transfer money if you Fails to produce these information as proof.
